The following terms and conditions apply to this game and by participating in the games you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Only Safaricom staff are eligible to participate

2. You will be provided with a link for the challenge

3. The challenge is timed and a timer has been availed at the top indicating your progress

4. We shall not be responsible for any technical issues experienced on your device, including but not limited to any of the following examples - device hanging, device failure to submit trivia, browser issues leading to refreshing or closure; or battery power exhaustion, etc.

5. Do NOT exit or refresh the browser page at any point in time whilst undertaking the challenge otherwise you will be unable to complete or submit the results

6. Using the Chrome browser is highly recommended

7. To start the challenge, you are required to enter your staff credentials and accept the terms and conditions

8. We are not responsible for incorrect information entry

9. The challenge can only be undertaken ONCE and when you start, you can’t enter again. We are therefore not responsible for issues cited in parts 4 - 5 above

10. Winners will be determined by the highest scores in the shortest duration with the least moves
